Evan Presto is ideal for productions looking for magical choreography, props, set pieces, and consultations. Evan’s background in theatre and acting is ideal for understanding production priorities and theatrical vocabulary. As a consultant, Evan emphasizes ways for magic to enhance and propel the narrative, rather than distract from the actor’s performances.
Evan has recently consulted shows for Off-Broadway and regional theatre companies throughout the Tri-State area and Massachusetts. Clients include the Yale Repertory Theatre (Peerless), LostTribe Theatre & The Lion at Theatre Row (Jonah and Otto), Elm Shakespeare (A Midsummer Night’s Dream). In addition to professional productions, Evan has consulted for high school shows including the Winsor School (Pippin), ACES Educational Center for the Arts (Into the Woods), and various productions at the Boston University School of Theatre.
